Opening the Path to Our Life's Purpose with Spiritual Baths and Herbs with Gro Mambo

from Sabrina Carrington

Many cultures have a long tradition of using spiritual bathing as a ritual to cleanse the body of negative vibrations, strengthen the aura and uplift the spirit. In this hands-on workshop, Gro Mambo, a world-renowned high priestess in the Voodoo religion, will take us on a healing journey, teaching us methods to awaken our innate talents and abilities, which, when left untapped, can block our success in life and damage our self-esteem. Topics covered will include the spiritual/healing properties of common kitchen herbs and other ingredients used in spiritual baths (and their contraindications); step-by-step instructions for preparing baths; how to balance the seven healing powers (love, stability, faith, peace, earth, destiny and direction); how colors and foods can serve as medicines; using a simple divinatory tool to sharpen intuition. You will leave this workshop with a stronger sense of self, feeling ready for renewal, equipped with new tools to heal yourself and move forward in your life. Note: A materials fee of $25 is to be paid directly to the instructor for bath ingredients, a handout with instructions on spiritual baths, and a simple divining tool kit. Please bring a half-gallon of spring water and a towel.
